Avionics Technician – Component Repair (Depot Level)
 
 
Job Description

Title: Avionics Technician
Department(s): Component Repair, Tallahassee, Florida
Reports to: Al Ingle – President/General Manager, Tallahassee, Florida

 
 
 
 
Job Summary

You will be responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting and repairing to the component level avionics equipment for commercial, corporate and military customers.
 
 
 
 
Minimum Requirements
  • Previous experience in electronics/avionics industry troubleshooting to the component level.
  • Documented soldering training and/or demonstrated ability to remove and install through-hole and SMT devices.
  • Electronics Vocational  Degree or  Military Experience, FCC license (or agreement to obtain license within 90 days).
  • Taken and passed NCAT General test.
  • Willing to relocate to Crestview, Florida, or Thomasville, Georgia in 2012.

  • Self motivation.
  • Aptitude for Electronics.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good computer and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to follow company and regulatory policies.
  • Desire to learn new skills.
 
 
 
 
Salary
