Our F.A.S.T. program was created to provide our customers with expedited avionics testing and repairs. An aircraft owner is often faced with the decision of exchanging an avionics component for trouble-shooting because of a lack of time. Some of the reasons this may not be the best value are as follows:

• Not knowing the true condition of your unit being replaced in.
  
• Not knowing the root cause of the failure. Did it fail because of overvoltage, or
  corrosion, or aircraft wiring?
  
• Not knowing the history of the unit being exchanged. Either your unit or the
  exchange unit has more wear and tear and is older – which one are you receiving?

With F.A.S.T., we receive, evaluate and report back to you the day your unit is received, within 6 hours. This allows you to make an informed decision which is in your best interest. Simply complete the Avionics Service Request form and send it to us via email or fax, or use the convenient online form and submit via the internet. We will process the form and send you a Service Order Number for reference. After evaluating the unit we will send our report via fax or email. We will then follow your instructions.
