CA-323-00
The CA-323 is a versatile, portable test set for aircraft line maintenance. It is available in three different configurations. Each type is similar in design and single unit cables are universal between models.
CA-323-10
CA-323-10 is the portable version of the CA-323-00 Test Set.
CA-323-20
CA-323-20 is the 200 pin version of the CA-323-00 Test Set.
The CA-323 Universal Breakout test fixture was designed to provide, as the name suggests, a universal test solution for aircraft trouble-shooting. The unit gives the technician the ability to monitor (100) different conductors or open an individual conductor for simulation or measurement. Any avionics component can be extended and in many cases with only a voltmeter and oscilloscope the operation in question of the Unit Under Test can be determined. Cables are available complete or the Zero Insertion Force connector may be purchased separately for custom-built cables High quality gold plated test points and jumpers

Tallahassee is the home of the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory, otherwise known as the 'Mag Lab'. Utilizing the world class research facilities this organization has to offer, Capital Avionics, Inc. was able to develop its latest product, the CA320 Digital Compass System. This equipment is used to calibrate compass components used in navigation systems on board aircraft. The current methods used by the industry rely on surveyed taxiways and compass roses, which may not exist at smaller airports. Geographic references lose accuracy over time due to the earth's constantly changing magnetic properties. Capital's product does not depend on geographic points for magnetic reference. The actual magnetic field of the earth is detected and displayed with unparalleled accuracy. The CA-320 provides a much-needed solution to aircraft compass calibration problems. The Mag Lab was instrumental in bringing this innovative product to market. The CA-320A Digital Compass transmitter and the CA-320B receiver comprise the digital compass correction system. The CA-320A transmitter attaches to the aircraft in a convenient location. Built in laser pointer assists in aligning the unit with the longitudinal axis of the aircraft. Magnetic heading is transmitted to the CA-320B receiver via wireless link for ease of use by service personnel.

CA-2100S-07
The CA-2100S-07 is a bench mounted, modularized and computer based test set used to service all types of aircraft electronics.

The CA-2100S-07 is a bench mounted, modularized and computer based test set used to service all types of aircraft electronics. It simulates the aircraft environment and replaces a myriad of specialized test fixtures found in the industry. It incorporates an industrial computer with multifunction analog and I/O functions operating popular software programs. The nine module slots allow for the creation of unique testing capabilities for virtually any LRU (line replaceable unit). Common Modules utilize circuitry repeatedly found in our industry allowing reuse without duplication for differing types of equipment. Specialized Modules are specific to an LRU or family of equipment and may operate with appropriate software. Internal power supplies, resistive loads and an Ethernet sub-system for data transfer between the computer and module slots are included. Additionally, the CA-2100S may be customized to control external RF generators and signal analyzers for specific requirements.

The CA-310 test fixture is designed to test the KS-270C (pitch), KS-271C (roll) and KS-272C (trim) servos used in the KAP-140 and KCP-225 autopilots. Instructions for its use are in the respective Component Maintenance Manuals.
The CA-310 needs only +28VDC input power (in the rear) for all tests, and with its front panel controls allows for fast and thorough checks. Two cables are used for testing the three servos, with the CAB-310 used for the KS-270C and KS-271C, and the CAB-310-2 cable used for the KS-272C.
